We are mainly shipping to Malaysia WM & EM and Singapore. However, we do provide shipping worldwide.
SHIPPING FEES & DELIVERY TIME
Please allow 1-2 business days to prepare and send out your orders, may take longer time if in peak season.
Shipping process will be done from Monday - Friday (excluded public holiday).
You will receive a notification email after the orders have been send out, you will be able to track the parcel with the button given.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited from our warehouses.
SHIPPING POLICY

MMUSE is not liable if the incorrect or missing shipping information is provided at checkout. We are not liable to refund or change the delivery address in such circumstances. In the event that a wrong or incomplete shipping information is provided, customers will be liable for all additional shipping fees incurred.
MMUSE is responsible for delivering the item to the shipping address provided, we are not liable if the item is lost or stolen after the item has been delivered. Please ensure the delivery location is a safe environment.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
For orders which contain of pre-order items, it will take longer time to fulfil as stated in the product page prior to adding to cart. If you wish your ready stock to be shipped first, kindly contact us for further arrangement.
TAXATION AND DUTIES
- All international orders may be subject to taxes and duties.
- We ship your package with duties and taxes unpaid, and we do not collect nor do we calculate the VAT/GST, duties and/or taxes during checkout.
- All applicable customs, taxes, import duties and collection fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery).
- If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.
- These fees are paid to the local carrier/customs and are not collected by us.
