Exchange Policy

We truly understand customer's unfit consideration for bra online purchase, so we have offered size exchange service for BRA Collections.

MMUSE's exchange conditions:

• Only exchange in size allowed, we DO NOT exchange in colour and design.
• Exchange request must made within 7 days upon receipt.
• Item must be returned unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, unused, free of stains, make-up or deodorant, and all with original tags attached.
• The 2 ways shipping costs will be paid by customers unless it is a defective or wrong items.

Exchange request have to be made at Instagram DM with information as below:

• Order ID
• Description of problem (attached with photo is optional)
